Call to Fido not showing on Bill

I am having an issue where I need to prove that I phoned Fido customer service. 

 

My call log on my phone shows my outgoing call that lasted 2 minutes and 22 seconds. However, the outgoing call does not show on my Fido bill - making me look like a liar. The service rep I spoke to did not complete notes on the call, and therefore, according to Fido, no call was made. 

 

Can anyone check their bill to see if it is recorded that they made a call to Fido, reflected on the bill?
