Call from "Fido Ambassadors"

After I switched my phone number to another carrier, I recieved a call from a "Fido Ambassador". Is this a legitimate call? The phone number started with 1-833.

Hi @Max64mode , did you have a conversation with the "ambassador"?  I'm not familiar with that term, usually they call themselves the win back team. You could call Fido's customer service and enquire as to the legitimacy of the call. As phone numbers are spoofed on a regular basis,  that could very possibly not be the real number it came.
