Call from area code, +92?

Anyone else get a call from that area code?

I got a call today, just out of habit  I picked up just for a few seconds, then ended the call once it clicked that the number looked weird. 

When I googled the area code, came up with Pakistan and a bunch of warning about calls from that area code.  I don't think that answering would have caused me any problems, or would it?  I know not to call back but I will certainly ignore a call like that in the future. 

Any thoughts on this one?  Hopefully I didn't do anthing to wrong by answering..

Hey Dauntless!

As long as you are within your local calling area when you receive a call, you will not be billed for it, only airtime will be used.

As you've said yourself, you may ignore such calls in the future. If ever you are being harassed, you can also call us and we'll be able to change your phone number.

I hope this clarifies
