Hi Mervelyn!

If you are within the 365 day warranty period, in the case of a manufacturer's defect, you may present yourself at a Fido store or kiosk. You will be required to present your proof of purchase (or warranty letter if the handset was originally sent to you by mail). The equipment will then be sent to the manufacturer for repair. To locate a store, click here.

A loaner phone program is in place, should you require a handset during the repair of yours. For details, click here.

Please note that abusive damages are not covered. This includes water damage, broken screens or any other damage considered abusive. Should you submit your phone for repair and it is concluded that it was subjected to abusive damages, costs will apply for the repair.

Cheers! Smiley
