Broken glass

The glass on my screen is a while, I am paying for the warranty and the cell phone for 2 years. I understand the two warranty options: do you change the device for a new one or do you repair the current device?

Our customers have several device repair and replacement options available depending on eligibility criteria.

 

You can initiate your repair via the Repair or Trade in Portal, at a Fido store, or by contacting us. 

 

You can also learn more on the warranty on your device here

 

You would also have the option to upgrade for a new phone if that's what you prefer. 🙂



Hi there @noelillo90s , you would have to call the warranty company to find out what will happen when you submit the claim.
