On www.fido.ca, I'm blocked by the "Link a wireless or residential account" page?

If I enter my account number, it admits that the account is in fact linked.

I am already signed in. Let me access my acoount. It's very frustrating.

Does anyone know a way past this problem?

I think the problem is that I have another login account dating back to when Fido switched from phone number IDs to email IDs. I logged out, logged back in using my email address and had no problem. I have now deleted the old phone number based ID and password from my browser Passwords records..
