Black Friday discount (bill credit) not applied

I bought the iPhone 16 in Black Friday with the $22 bill credit in the entry plan as shown in these pictures:

But now my bill is showing the full price of $48.38 and when contacting the Fido Chat support I was told that they couldn't help ???

Did someone have a similar issue in the past? How do I solve this? I appreciate any help. I am so frustrated.

Thanks

Hello @psampaio,

When we finance a device and there is a discount, the discount is applied as a bill credit, but the actual cost of the device financing stays the same.

For example, let's say your phone plan price is $50 and the device is $43.38 but you got a credit of $22 for the device your bill will look like this.

Plan                         $50

Device credit       -$22

Device Financing $48.38

Total                        $76.38 +taxes

As long as your bill total equals the cost of the plan plus the device less the credit then the promotion has been applied.

Hi KAPABLE-K

This is not the case with my bill. The credit doesn't appear at all.

@psampaio if the credit is not showing or hasn't been applied to your account then you will need to contact customer service directly as they are the only ones that will have access to your account, I would suggest you call them for this one, when you did the upgrade you would have received an email confirmation with the details and it should mention the credit.
