I paid my bill few days ago via. Online banking however i can still see the same amount as outstanding in Fido app ?
1. How long it takes for the payment to be paid if paid by net banking?
2. Do we get any notification to see that the payment has been received ?

Welcome to the community!
Payments made at financial institutions (including online banking) can take upto 5 business days to be processed and applied to your account (see here). I don't believe Fido sends any notification that a payment has been received (at least I don't remember ever getting one). Once the payment has been received and processed, the status of your account will be updated in your My Account.
