Hi My name is Nayan Girase

I was using fido card and my number was xxxx then i bought new i phone x and did the portability so i paid last bill as well and today i got a mail from your side that your final fido bill is around-36$ so i am bit confused can you tell me what exactly it is?

If your final balance is in the negative, a cheque will be mailed to you at the address we have on file within 2 weeks of you receiving the final bill.
