Billing issue

Hai I got this sim from India and activated on 13th April with 38CAD monthly payment and my next payment is at may 10th bt now I have received a mail that my payment is due on May 3rd for 40CAD but I don't know why they created bill for 40CAD can you please clarify this issue.thank you in advance.

  Firstly, you should note the forums are community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We don't have access to customers' accounts. Have you checked the detailed billing? You should be able to view the charge in those details. You should be able view those details via your My Account --> View & Manage Bill. From there, you should be able to Save and/or Print a PDF copy of your bill. Alternatively, you should also be able to access those call details by clicking on Usage summary.
