Hi

i ported from fido to telus and then after a week I called customer service and they gave me a good offer and I switched back to fido. Same day I got a call from win back team and they gave me a better plan than the first one . 
I received 2 SIM cards at my home address . I called them to cancel one and I told them I ll use the second plan . They were okay with it . Today I received a bill of $303 , being charged for both numbers .
they have not waived of $70 n $25 as they had promised .

 

Right now I am in India , I don't know what to do . 

my only fido number is **********
