Billing and Unable to Reach Customer Care

I am trying to contact Fido  through email. Having cleared all mobile dues, I requested on 6th April, 2023 itself to deactivate my number which was in roaming only for few hours.

Despite repeated request of deactivation, whopping bills are coming. I am unable to reach customer care. 

Kindly deactivate the number in order to avoid compilation of bill.




Hi there @ShubhFido , you need to contact Fido support to have any action taken on your account. This is a community forum and we are not able to access account information. I would suggest that you contact fidosolutions on Twitter or Facebook and request assistance with your roaming request. Perhaps remove your Sim card and put your device on Wi-Fi to not incur any more roaming charges. Here  are the various methods of contacting Fido support
