Billing Issue

Hi there,

 I'm a fido customer for the past 2years now. I have a small confusion with my billing due date. In the mail I received it's written June 13th 2020 to pay, but in my Account it's June 12th. So which is the actual date to pay the amount for not getting late payment fees?

They should both provide you with the correct pay-by date. Can you provide a screenshot (while hiding any personal information) of those conflicting dates here please.

 

The date printed on your invoice should be the date to go by, however.
