Beware the billing cycle when you add a new service

A few days ago, I have added a second 3GB tablelet plan, just one day before the existing bill cycle. Yesterday the new bill comes that I have to pay a full cycle for that one day usage and just confirmed with the fido representatives, that's the way they are doing the business.

So if you are considering add a new service, do it after the new cycle starts...

I am sorry to learn about this and I assure you this is not how we bill our customers. The usage and charges are always prorated if you sign up before or after your billing cycle.

 

We'll be more than happy to look into this with you.
