Battery and Screen issue with my Iphone 8

Hi I have an issue with my phone battery .. sometime when it's getting low it's shows 20or 30 percent battery but suddenly it goes down to 10 or 5 ? 
anf my phone screen was not working for last two threee days ... I claimed before and didn't get any reply

Have you had the chance to contact Apple for technical support? That would be the first thing we'd suggest doing as they will be more equipped t help you troubleshoot any technical functionalities on your device.

Can you reach to them and let us know how it goes?
