Bad customer service

Hi. I am a new customer with FIDO and I've never experienced such a bad customer service in my life. I was calling in to add the additional $5 plan on to my number for cheaper international calls but the guy who was on the phone,firstly wouldn't understand what I wanted, cuts me off, and is absolutely rude. I have to admit that I did swear on the call after this and I apologise for doing so,but you really have to train people to listen to customers calling in rather than blabbering on. I didnt want to do this, but it has to come to your notice, it's easier to get a new customer than keeping an existing one. Just saying.

That's really not the level of service we expect to provide you with. I can certainly understand your frustration there.
