reconnect my cancelled fido sim. I accidentally cancelled it. Please help

  Welcome to the community!

 

  Sorry to hear you've accidentally cancelled your services. However, you should note that these forums are community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We do not have access to customers' accounts so we would not be able to assist with your matter. That said, have you had a chance to check your private messages? FidoFaiza mentioned she sent you one in reply to your other post (see here). You should be able to view your messages using the envelope icon next to your user avatar (top right).

 

  You should also note that if your services are reactivated, you will likely need to get a new SIM card. Your old SIM card would be deactivated and no longer be of use.

 

  If you wanted to discuss your issue, you would need to contact customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
