Ask Jack always times out. How can I get an Unlock code by email?

I am on holiday overseas and got me a German SIM Card for my old phone.
AskJack tells me he will connect me to a 'live agent'.  However, he seems dead.  AskJack times out after a few hours of waiting.  I've been doing this for days now.
Can I get Fido to send me the code by email?
