Adding new phone to a existing account

Hi there,


Actually, I have a fido account linked with my home internet. And I recently purchased a fido mobile internet plan with the same email id.  While login into the fido account it only shows home internet details, not mobile plan details. I don't know how to add mobile internet details into the existing account.

The Home Internet information will always appear on a different invoice and under a different account number than the mobile services.

That said, you should be able to navigate between your two accounts when logging in to your online profile using your email address as the username.

You'd simply need to click on the account number, and a dropdown menu should appear with both account numbers listed.
