Why was I not warned that my son could just text 8 and add 45$ on my next bill ?
I specifically said that is why I went to Fido !!!!!!!
This is why canadian customer are sooooooooooo pissed off at company like yours because you always find a way to screw us over !!!!!!
Please send me scecific writtent instruction on how to prevent this or I just cancel this service

That's definitely not the experience that we want for any of our customers.
The Data Add-Ons can be removed anytime through self service (My Account App and Fido.ca) or by SMS.
By SMS, you simply need to text CANCEL to 222 from your device. From there, you will receive a reply with the active monthly Data Add-Ons and instructions on how to cancel the data Add-on of your choice.
