Today, I have inadvertently signed up for 5GB free data today but did not realize there is $3 add on monthly fee now added to my bill. How can I cancel my order ? Please help. I don't want to pay extra $3 per month for data I may not use.

Welcome to the community!
If the data is free then you should be charged for it, I know Fido has been giving out free data as of late and there is no add-on for 5GB data that costs $3 that I'm aware of, if it's unclear what the $3 charge is for I would suggest you contact customer service directly and they can look over your account and better advise you.
