Activation fee waiver issue

Hi,

 

I have recently switched my and my wifes phone line from freedom to fido. I went to fido store 16th October  around 5 pm at Billings Bridge plaza, 2269 Riverside Dr. Unit 149,  Ottawa, ON K1H 8K2.

 

They (agent name may be Dylan not 100% sure) offered me promotional offer for 1)me 11gb data, free zte tablet for $44 and for 2) my wife 9gb data for $39. Also my wife got $5 credit and 2gb extra data as 2nd line to family plan.

 

Lets come to main issue, I asked the agent multiple times if there are any activation fees or any other fees and agent said NO everytime. However, 20th oct I received my 1st bill and I see 3 activation fees for 2 phn line and 1 tablet totaling approx $136. I am really shocked and felt betrayed for trusting him. Please, can anyone help me? What can I do now?
