Hi, I joined Fido just this past month and received my first bill, but there is a $45 activation fee? I thought it was waived when activating online? I did the whole set up online. The only time I called Fido was because my phone was blacklisted before it even got to me. A problem with the iPhone 11's apparently. But because of the pandemic I do not go to stores and did the entire transaction online. Can someone please help?

You're right, when activating or upgrading your phone online, the $45 set up is waived. The credit will appear on your invoice in 2-3 bill cycles and will be reflected in the Summary section or Previous Balance section of your bill.
