Need to activate a NEW SIM card for data plan - for which the usual, My Account > Services > Mobile is NOT working. The link keeps bringing me to the account overview. Please help, thanks

I tried online but didn't work.

Tried "Fido Live Chat " no one answered - waited over an hour

Tried "Fido Facebook" no one answered - been waiting for an hour
