Account not working

For some reason, every time I log in to my account, either on my phone or on my laptop, it shows empty. I can't see anything about my account other than the information at the bottom. The app just says something went wrong. I have tried deleting the app then reinstalling, but that didn't help the issue. I recently switched my phone to the new iPhone 15, however, it was working then but now it isn't.

That is certainly odd. This will surely require the attention of our technical support team. 

 

Please contact them via live chat or over the phone Fido.ca/contact 

 

If by phone, please do not use your Fido to call. A reboot might be required during trouble shooting. 

 

If you don't mind, please return to the Community afterwards to provide us all an update.
