For some reason, every time I log in to my account, either on my phone or on my laptop, it shows empty. I can't see anything about my account other than the information at the bottom. The app just says something went wrong. I have tried deleting the app then reinstalling, but that didn't help the issue. I recently switched my phone to the new iPhone 15, however, it was working then but now it isn't.

If by phone, please do not use your Fido to call. A reboot might be required during trouble shooting.
If you don't mind, please return to the Community afterwards to provide us all an update.
