My account was hacked by the scammer and purchase a new iPhone15. I immediadely called the customer service (6:47pm) right after receieving the purchase mail (6:46pm). I waited over an hour without any representative availiable while trying using the online useless Jack to get help. I also tried to cancel the order on the "My order" tab and still no luck. At 7:30pm (still waiting on the hotline) I run to the Fido Metrotown store hoping they can help to cancel the order with all wishes, The employee over there surprisingly said they couldn't help even calling the customer service on their direct line. I kept waiting for hotline representative but no luck after the call had discconnected automatically. I really angry on what Fido provided for customers.
1. No answer on hotline for least 1.5 hours
2. Computer system in the store can't do anything
3. Store employees could't solve or suggest any solutions
4. No Cancel order options on website
5. No emergency or scam hotline/services
As a 6 years customer on Fido with 5 lines in my account, I seldom call the customer service in the past. I am really disappointed this time. Hope I can resolve this issue when the hotline availiable at 6 in the morning.
