Account cancelled for no reason?

I got a message from Fido yesterday saying that they received approval to transfer my number to another provider but I never authorized this in any way. Now my Fido account is cancelled and I have no service so I can't even call the support line right now. The live chat brings up a 404 error and I can't find a support email address.

 

What can I do?
