A few different things going on first I'm unable to view my internet bill it's been over a month 3 phone calls that have been placed to Fido customer care and still No Resolution!! Also I'm unable to view anything outside of the Fido App from Google play store error that comes up is Page is unavailable!! Second I've noticed 4 different Account #'s on my Fido my App Account!! And when I try and update my contact # and put the 7dugit code right away it pops up link expired!!! So not Impressed with this!!

This is certainely not how the app is supposed to function. I'm sorry that you've been dealing with this for some time with no resolution.

 

That said, to get to the bottom of this, you will have to get in touch with customer care. We do have other methods of contact such as live chat or via Facebook Messenger!
