i just received my Fido bill and noticed change in two of my lines and a bill of over $1,800
noticed that I was charged for two phones and a new contracts which I never did
clearly someone used my account without my knowledge and got devices and I was never even notified or contacted
Please advice what to do?
i don’t want the amount to be charged on my credit card
I just changed my logon password and noticed that my email address on file has been changed to an unknown email address

This is rather unexpected! I strongly suggest that you update your login password for Fido.ca.
