Hi,
i cancelled my account because I had to leave Canada, now I have negative balance in my account, how do you handle this?

Hi @hk667,
Fido will send you the balance via cheque to the address on file since you are no longer in the country you will have to contact customer support and provide your international address and they can mail the cheque there.
You can contact customer support even from outside of the country through any of the available methods listed here.
