Access to bill

This is my first time doing this, I am a 75 yr old trying to live in this digital world.  Not very successfully I might add.  How do I find out about my bill this month.  It is more than normal and I have not used it other than whatsApp and looking at the grocery flyers.    So how do I find out as they no longer send me an invoice.   And on that topic of invoices I feel that as I am on preauthorized payment they should send me a physical receipt. I have no access to a printer.
