Abroad, trying to contact Fido customer service

Hi, I'm currently abroad and for the past 3 days, I haven't been able to contact Fido through live chat. I am hoping to suspend my account for a while and investigate why I keep getting roaming fee when the number is off and not even in the phone. Please reply to me soon, and preferably if you could share me an email I could contact or any other communication means. Thank you.
