Hello. I upgraded phone plane and bought new phone 2 weeks ago
I checked my new bill and there was $50 of the "Setup service fee"
I think I never listened about this information with customer service representative
Most important questions is is this a one time fee or I have to pay everymonths?
If I have to pay everymonths, are there any ways to cancel this?

Same thing just happened to me. They never mentioned it to me when I activated my line. its absurd, they should mention that so you're not surprised or feel robbed when your first bill arrives.

The $50 service fee is applicable to all new activations and hardware upgrades and it's a one-time fee, it can be waived if you order on fido.ca.
