Good Evening,
Ported my number over from another service provider yesterday after one hell of a time trying to get through! The phone lines and chats have been inaccessible for most of the day and you are lucky if you can get through after hours. I am trying to setup a new SIM on my account and not sure what I should put in as my old SIM. My old service provider's was invalid.
Please help!
