That does seem to be a bug on the website, thanks for flagging! If you picked the $35 plan, it should be $39.80 with tax. Don't worry though, the right amount will be displayed on your invoice.
You should also get an email confirmation of your transaction, let us know if ever the wrong amount is displayed there too although it shouldn't be the case.
