Worst experience with fido i used to call US i had long distance 1000 Minutes still they sent me bill of $855 i am trying to call they they are unavailable

Getting a higher than expected bill is never a pleasant surprise.

I understand you have the free 1000 international minutes add-on, you should note these minutes are only for specific countries. 

Australia,

Bangladesh

China (including Macau)

Germany

Hong Kong

India,

Italy 

Mexico

Taiwan 

United Kingdom

Unfortunately, the US is not part of it.

If you are unable to make the payment in full you can contact Fido's Credit Operations team and they can set up a payment arrangement.
