611 Service

I just call the 611 Customer Service around 5:30 today Aug 24, 2020. Customer staff told me the que time is  15 miinutes and I said okay. But half an hour past and nobody returned my call. and hang up on me. Said call back again later. And one mre thing Fido background musice while waiting is choppy not so good in my ear or to anybodys ear.
