5gb bonus (not the 5 extra hours)

Hi, I was awarded 5gb data for 18 months. Before it ended, I received a text from 4745(attached) that my data bonus continues. In the first few months, it was added to the 20gb making it 25gb. Recently, I noticed it was reduced to 20gb. What happened to the bonus data? They took it away without warning.
