I received a holiday promo from Fido regarding the free 5gb every month as long as I keep my current plan. I tried to check over my account but there was nothing and just take me to the website. Someone can help me how to get the offer ? Thank you.

If there is no option to accept the offer and you do not see it when you log in I would suggest you reach out to customer service and they can look into it for you.
