5G bonus data was disppeared

Hi,

We were offered 5g bonus data in September. The offer said the bonus data would last 15 months, but it only showed for one month after we claimed it. I just noticed the bonus data for both mine and my husband's phones were disappeared.

Can somebody in Fido let know why?

Did you recently change your plans? Usually when making plan changes all discounts and offers are usually removed, if you did not make any changes then you will need to contact customer service directly and they can look into your account and better advise you.
