I have automatic monthly payments, but today, I opened up my bill and noticed that there is an additional $5 charge on one of my phones since June 2018. It has always been $28.00/mo (with taxes), but for some reason, the base cost went up $5!
It used to be:
Phone 1: $28.00/mo
$25.00 (base)
$3.00 (tax)
Phone 2: $25.20/mo
$25.00 (base)
-$2.50 (additional line credit)
$2.70 (tax)
Total: $53.20

Billing since June 2018:
Phone 1: $33.60/mo
$30.00 (base)
$3.60 (tax)
Phone 2: $35.80/mo
$25.00 (base)
$5.00 (Preferred International Rates)
-$2.50 (additional line credit)
$3.30 (tax)
Total: $69.40
How did this happen?!
