4G disconecting

Hello,
I need your help please.
I purchased a new phone (elephone P4000).
Made the access point set up for the 4G LTE network and received 4G, however when I drove away from my house (Oakville) to Guelph and then to Etobicoke the 4G dropped and the data was almost impossible. Received on the screen instead of 4G simbol, an E, the reception has full bars and I made calls and SMS without any problems.
Tried to reset the phone a couple of times but it didn't help.
Please let me know what could be the reason and if you have any solutions.
Thank you very much

Hey Andrew111, welcome to the community!

Our network uses GSM, UMTS, HSPA and HSPA+ at 850 MHz and 1900 MHz. On the other hand, to connect to LTE your phone need to be compatible with 700 MHz on Band 17, 1700/2100 MHz on Band 4 & 2600 MHz on Band 7.

From what I was able to find, your phone is compatible with GSM and 3G at 850 Mhz and LTE on 2600 MHz.

Because your phone is not fully compatible with our network, your reception will most likely be spotty depending on where you are and which frequencies we use in those areas.
