Why did you remove the 10GB bonus data from my account?
I received the text from you and clicked on the link to receive the bonus before it expired, it's applied on the account at that time but today when I checked my account, it's gone!

Hello @arronkar,
When did you get the bonus data offer? It could be it was for a set amount of time and is now expired.
Did you recently did a plan change? When changing plans all bonus offers and credits usually fall off when a plan change has been made.
If none of this applies to you then it would be best to contact customer service and they can look at your account and let you know what is happening.
