Hi does anyone know that a list of 1000 mintues  lt country's  list

@KAPABLE-K  I have LD 1000 mins included in my service package, why I was charged $16.5 for a call to Taiwan on Dec 23, 2022?

You should not that I do not work for Fido I'm just a regular customer like yourself and this community is customer driven in helping each other and not a form of customer service.

With that being said, is it possible you used all your free minutes and that charge was for minutes that went over the free 1000? If you this is not the case and you think there is an error you would need to contact customer service directly and they will be able to better assist you as they would have full access to your account.
