$100 prepaid yearly shows only 25 minutes talk time after top up

I bought a $100 top up for my phone. When I go to my account, it only shows 25 minutes and it should be 100 minutes. I had a balance of $9 left before I top off before my expiry date. No minutes were used after topping up. Does it take 24 hours before the actual balance shows up.
