$10 by the month and $100 voucher

On a "BY THE MONTH - $10 TALK & TEXT PLAN" if I add a voucher of $100, will the monthly $10 be taken from the $100 added with the voucher or would I have to add another $10 every month?

If you add a $100 voucher, the fee for your monthly plan, in this case $10.75 per month, would be deducted from your balance of $100.

Any additional usage, other than that covered by your plan, would also be deducted from your balance. You can find more details on that here.
