upgrade to promotion Internet package as existing customer

I am an existing customer of fido internet. Is it possible for me to upgrade to the promotion package of 60Mbps for $60/month that is currently available?

@BearRun what package do you currently have? The details for the promotion states its only for new customers only.

@BearRun for you promo you will not be qualified because your are not a new customer but if you want to upgrade it does not hurt to ask maybe Fido will upgrade you to the $60 60mb without the $100 bill credit. Call customer service and ask you have nothing to loose.
