hi,

how can I get my refund from negative balance,

I left fido internet last december, I had negative balance, They says at topics generally that they send a refund check in 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks, another agent said it would take 3-4 weeks. After 6weeks, another agent said it would take 5~6 weeks. but i could not receive any check since 4-5 months, my address is still same,

what can I do?
