I called a day before the 50% internet promo ended and asked the rep if he could extend the 50% off for one more year and he said to wait a couple of minutes then came back saying that he had extended the promo for 12 months more..now i see that i'm being charged the 65 plus tax, my friend who called the same day it was going to end, got his bill now and on the bill it shows the discount, i guess the rep lied to me
What you're describing is not the impression we want to leave you!
With that said, did you reach out to customer service to inquire about your invoice? Do you have an interaction number with the previous rep? If not, do you remember more or less when you spoke to us about the discount?
Those informations will help the next customer representative to review the situation with you.
