With many people working from home and 97 percent of business is now through online transactions we cannot manage without our internet.

We as a community are paying a big price tag for internet. How is fido going to ensure these outages are not going to reoccur.

I understand that sites need to be maintained. I hope this is ocurring after 11pm and complete by 6am. 

Please explain what your future plans are to eliminate this problem.

Our technical experts and global vendors dig deep into the root cause of all outages and identify steps to increase redundancy in our networks and systems.

 

We will continue to make significant investments in our networks to strengthen our technology systems, increase network stability for our customers, and enhance our testing.
